Mark Wheatley

Mark was born and brought up in Africa  went to school in Lancashire and university in Edinburgh. For many years, he helped to build a consulting business in Dowgate before going solo three years ago.

He has served Dowgate since 2013 and chaired the Barbican Residential Committee and Local Government Pensions Board.
