Mark Wheatley

Mark was born and brought up in Africa  went to school in Lancashire and university in Edinburgh. He startedhis career in the City as a banker then moved into management and recruitment consultancy.

he has served Dowgate since 2013 and currently chairs the Barbican Residential Committee and Local Government Pensions
